This two level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and it is located a short walk from downtown Aspen.

The unit overlooks the town of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace* in the main living area and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Second bedroom: Queen bed
There is also Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Common amenities at Shadow Mountain Townhomes include ski-in, ski-out access to Aspen Mountain, an outdoor pool that’s open and heated during the summer and winter, on-site free parking, and a patio with a BBQ grill and tables that’s open during warm-weather months. Please note, the tram is currently out of order.

Guests of Shadow Mountain Townhomes receive complimentary Aspen Airport transfers and free WiFi.

All guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
