Q. What time is check in and check out?

CHECK-IN  4:00 pm CHECK-OUT on most properties is 10:00 AM.  We generally ask that you adhere to these times. If we can accommodate a late rental we will.

Q. Can I bring pets?

Not unless it is in your rental agreement. Most of our rentals do not allow pets.  You can contact us to see if we have any pet friendly rentals before you book.

Q. Is there a maximum number of people?

Yes the total number of people which we have bedding for is listed on the individual property listings.  We range from 2 to 21 people is a single home or we can find condos close to each other to sleep many many more in Aspen, or Snowmass Village and beyond. 

Q. Do you offer any consierge service?

Yes your rental includes free consierge services including making restaurant reservations, providing lists of licenced baby sitters, grocery shopping.

Q. Do you provide airport transportation from Aspen Airport?

Some properties provide limo service for free for arrival and departure to the airport in Aspen.

Q. Do the published rates include tax and fees?

 Taxes and fees are not included in the published rates. Rates are also subject to change. Although we do our best to keep property rental rates up to date there may be a rate increase we miss from time to time.

Q. Will we get a rental agreement?

Yes we provide you with an online rental agreement that you sign electronically. All terms including prices, taxes and fees, and cancelation policy will be included on your rental agreement.

Q. What is your cancelation policy?

We provide the cancelation policy for individual properties on your rental agreement. If you do cancel there is a cancelation fee and within 30-60 days may be non-refundable unless the property is re-rented and you are still subject to cancelation fees. We provide you with links to travel insurance with your check in instructions we email you after your payment is processed. Travel insurance rates start at 7% and there are several different policies. If you think you may cancel buy travel insurance and money is refunded to you by the insurance company.

Q. Do you offer damage insurance incase we break something?

Some properties offer optional $49 damage insurance that covers up to $3000 in damage which must be reported during your stay.

Q. Will we get the house or condominium we booked?

Yes unless there is a problem with your home that is out of our control and then you will be upgraded or provided equal lodging. Aspen Snowmass Rentals is an agent and properties are owned by individual owners. Problems rarely happen but we reserve the right to upgrade you or give you equal lodging.
