Enclave Luxury Snowmass 2 Bedroom 

This luxury slope-side condo features vaulted ceilings, modern decor, and an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows with beautiful mountain views.  Guests will also enjoy the furnished outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill and views of the Elk Camp Gondola.

This condominium provides two bedrooms.  The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a beautiful en suite bathroom—the primary bedroom also has access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. This rental is located on the 3rd floor.

Chamonix 3 Bedroom Snowmass Standard

This slope-side condo offers comfort and convenience for outdoor enthusiasts!  Enjoy mountain views from every room, a gas fireplace in the main living area, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable furnishings.  The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; guests can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or sitting area adjacent to the living room.

This condominium sleeps 8 people across three bedrooms.

Chateau Roaring Fork Aspen 2 Bedroom Deluxe

Newly updated with modern furniture, luxe window finishes, and new appliances, this second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a wood-burning fireplace, an open living area, and hardwood floors. The condo is four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. Unit amenities include a shared balcony with seating and an outdoor BBQ, as well as a washer/dryer inside the unit.

Chateau Roaring Fork’s common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The free local bus route (RFTA), with access to all four ski mountains, is located right outside.

Christiana 1 Bedroom Aspen

Ideally located along Main Street and along the free town shuttle, this newly remodeled, ground-level studio, offers air conditioning, an open living space, a full kitchen with granite counters, and lovely, mountain chic interiors. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace with hardwood floors. A queen-sized murphy bed offers great comfort and convenience providing extra space and a table when not in use.

The complex features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The pool is closed during the winter months (October through April) reopening in the summer. Parking is available adjacent to the building on a first come, first serve basis.

Clarendon Aspen Deluxe 3 Bedroom

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse features an open living area, vaulted ceilings, and skylights to create an inviting space for large families or groups.  Outfitted with modern decor, the kitchen table seats 8 guests, and the kitchen bar seats 4 for more casual dining.  The living area features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and access to an outdoor furnished patio equipped with a brand-new gas grill.   

All rooms have air conditioning, including the kitchen and living room.  The A/C is controlled with remote controls; the heating is controlled in each room with thermostats.

Upstairs, guests will enjoy two bedrooms.  The primary bedroom features a king bed, a sitting area, a vaulted ceiling, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and vanities.  The primary bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and has air conditioning.  The second bedroom also features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom, and air conditioning.  The third bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed, a small flat-screen TV, and air conditioning and is across the hall from a full bathroom.

This condominium features four bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, en suite bath, shower/tub combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Cooper Street Loft Aspen 1 Bedroom

Aspen 1 bedroom/studio that sleeps up to 3 and is centrally located one block from the heart of town, Wagner Park. You’ll find a dozen restaurants within 2 blocks and in just 3 blocks you could be sitting on the chairlift (Lift #1-A) or the Aspen Gondola a little further heading up Aspen mountain for your first turns of the day. Walk everywhere. One reserved parking space is just steps outside your entry door. With a full kitchen, 2 TV’s/roku/internet, you will have what you need to get comfortable!

The award-winning loft design is contemporary and spacious with 14-foot high ceilings. This comfy pied-a-terre was re-decorated in May 2022. As a fully-stocked turnkey unit, it allows you to tailor your vacation as you desire – walk to hiking trails, mountains, parks, attend cultural events, ski, wine & dine. Walk or take the free bus to the music tent, Aspen Institute, and other cultural facilities in summer, and to Aspen Highlands/X-Games/Snowmass Ski Areas in winter.

The main level has a new queen-sized luxury wall bed (“murphy bed”), with a hybrid foam mattress, and doubles as a large desk. There is a queen-sized plush conventional mattress in the loft (all linens provided).

NOTE: Since the sleeping loft has a non-standard ceiling height of appx. 4’8″ (with double carpet padding), it may be best for agile adults or children. Accordingly, we offer the luxury wall bed below which is preferred by some guests. This wall bed can be lifted daily to access the long desk (it has four hydraulic lifts for ease of operations) or it can remain down with plenty of room for clearance, or closed during the entire stay.

The living room area has a couch/sofa, two club/lounge chairs with coffee tables, and a dining table & chair set (seats 4), with views through picture windows from the living area towards the ski mountain.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless-steel appliances (smooth-top stove, full-size microwave, super-quiet dishwasher, and fridge with icemaker). Hi-speed wifi internet (Comcast) is provided with a large-screen flat TV (an additional TV is in the loft) and 2 Rokus. Three closet areas provide space for clothing and storing ski & sports gear and luggage. The full bath has a tub-shower combo with a toilet, separate from the sink/powder room area. Other amenities/features: stacking washer-dryer; deck with patio table and chairs; large secure bike rack outside the entry door. A gas fireplace insert is pending installation early Dec. — a decorative LED candle set with remote is provided until then. One reserved parking space. The Loft is ground level in a six-plex building, recently remodeled.

Pet Friendly. One pet is allowed provided they are quiet and not a nuisance. Pets outside must be on a leash. Guest must clean up after pets. No loud parties quiet complex.

Aspen Core 1 Bedroom Deluxe

This newly updated 1 Bedroom Aspen core Deluxe condo features modern interiors, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, and a wood-burning fireplace located int the Aspen core. The dining table seats four guests, and the open floor plan provides ample space for comfort and relaxation. Conveniently located next to Wagner Park, this condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and is located 3 blocks from Lift 1A and 5 blocks from the gondola. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room sleeper sofa can accommodate two guests. The unit is outfitted with SmartTVs. Free on-site parking and the city bus and ski shuttle stops are located conveniently on the corner. These buses and shuttles and Downtowner will also take you to the Aspen Gondola and the other 3 ski areas including Snowmass Village.
